Access Program
Client Background
The client is a lingerie brand store in Shenzhen selling lingerie and loungewear in a wide range of styles, colors, and sizes.
The store carries many styles and sizes, and member purchase frequency and preferences vary widely. Member records and marketing were previously handled manually, making it hard to identify members on arrival and understand their needs. The client wanted to combine ERP, RFID, and authorized AI member recognition to manage item, member, purchase, and marketing data in one place.
Project Challenges
High member churn
The store lacked a consistent way to reach members, making it hard to track visit frequency, spending changes, and churn risk among existing members.
Member records are hard to maintain
Member profiles, purchase history, and store visits are scattered, so manual upkeep is heavy and updates lag behind.
Member value is hard to unlock
Without combined analysis of spend, purchase frequency, product preference, and repurchase cycles, marketing campaigns lack precision.
Item and member data are not connected
Inventory, sales, and member systems operate separately, making it hard to see which items members bought and what they may need next.
Solutions
The project uses an integrated solution of ERP, RFID devices, and an AI facial recognition system. Every item is bound to a unique RFID tag linked to its style code, color, size, price, and stock status, covering receiving, stocktaking, sales, and returns end to end.
After members opt in and register, an AI recognition terminal identifies them on arrival and the system retrieves their tier, order history, preferences, and recent purchases, helping staff deliver more relevant service and recommendations.
After checkout, the system links RFID item data with member purchase records to build a complete purchase profile and segment members by frequency, spend, and product preference. Consolidated ERP, RFID, member, and marketing data supports new product recommendations, repurchase reminders, birthday care, and win-back campaigns.
