Industrial-Grade Metal Construction
The full-metal enclosure and mechanism are built for durability under intensive print workloads.
YL-RP400 corresponds to the Dascom DL-721/735 heavy-duty industrial barcode label printer. It uses a full-metal enclosure and mechanism and supports direct thermal and thermal transfer printing. The current specifications do not include an RFID encoding module, protocol, or frequency band, so RFID projects require separate confirmation of the exact model and configuration.
The full-metal enclosure and mechanism provide durability for continuous operation, while two resolution variants cover fast barcode output and finer label printing.

The DL-721 offers 203 dpi at up to 203 mm/s, while the DL-735 offers 300 dpi at up to 127 mm/s, balancing throughput and fine output.
Supports ZPL, EPL, ESC/POS, TSPL, and other emulations for easier integration with existing label software and business systems.
Includes USB and Ethernet as standard, with optional parallel, serial, Wi-Fi, automatic cutter, and peeler configurations.
Continuously print batch labels for materials, work in process, finished goods, and production routing.
Produce receiving, shipping, transport, parcel, and returnable-container labels for frequent print workloads.
Produce barcode labels for item management, document circulation, and transaction records.
Print hangtags, product information, and inventory labels using direct thermal or thermal transfer media.
Share label dimensions, material, daily print volume, and system interfaces so we can help select the DL-721 or DL-735, media, and connectivity. If RFID is required, also provide the tag chip and encoding requirements.
